01. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ContentVeo ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Tecnomaxx Digital Ltd, concerning your access to and use of contentveo.com, app.contentveo.com, and any associated APIs or services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

02. User Content Ownership & Processing License

You retain full ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights and title to any audio recordings, video files, text, images, or other media ("User Content") you upload, submit, or process through ContentVeo.

Limited Service License: By submitting User Content to ContentVeo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license solely to host, ingest, transcribe, analyze, reframe (across 9:16 vertical, 1:1 square, and 16:9 widescreen formats), crop, encode, and transmit such content as strictly required to provide the Service and publish to your authorized social accounts.

03. Platform-ToS Compliance Obligation

ContentVeo interfaces directly with third-party social media APIs. You represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You hold all necessary copyrights, rights, and releases for all video and audio content submitted for clipping and distribution.
• Your use of our automated publishing tools will strictly comply with the terms of service, developer guidelines, and community policies of each destination network, including:
  • YouTube Terms of Service and Google Community Guidelines.
  • Meta Terms of Service and Instagram Community Guidelines.
  • TikTok Terms of Service and Community Principles.
  • LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
  • X Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.
• You will not use ContentVeo to publish abusive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, spam, or malicious material.

04. AI-Generated Output & Editorial Responsibility

ContentVeo utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to suggest video clips, highlight virality scores, identify active speakers, and generate subtitles, titles, and captions.

05. Service Availability & Rate Limits

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party social platform APIs are subject to maintenance, rate limiting, and policy changes beyond our direct control. ContentVeo is not responsible for publishing delays or failures resulting from external social media network downtime or token revocations.

06. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENTVEO AND ITS OPERATOR TECNOMAXX DIGITAL LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS ENFORCED BY THIRD-PARTY SOCIAL NETWORKS.
